Terms of Service
Effective date: 22 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name], [Registered business address] ("ALL1.AI", "we", "us"), the operator of the ALL1.AI service at https://all1.ai.
By using ALL1.AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
1. What the Service is
ALL1.AI analyses publicly reachable websites that you name, and produces a report: a set of scores, findings and suggested improvements covering areas such as hosting, speed, security, email configuration, search visibility and content. An AI assistant can answer questions about that report.
ALL1.AI looks at a website the way any visitor or search engine can. It does not sign in to the site, does not attempt to reach anything behind a login, and does not bypass access controls.
If you choose to connect an external account — Google Search Console or Cloudflare, for example — the Service can also read data from that account, read-only and only within the permissions you grant. Connecting is always optional, and you can disconnect at any time. What we do with that data, and how to revoke access, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and the guest pass
You can try parts of the Service without an account. Guest use is identified by a pass held in your own browser and is subject to limits on how many websites you can analyse; we may change those limits at any time.
To keep a report, connect a service or buy anything, you need an account. You must:
- give accurate information and keep it up to date;
- be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 16 (or 13 where that is the applicable age);
- keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly at support@all1.ai if you think someone else has used your account.
You are responsible for everything done through your account. We may refuse, suspend or close an account at our discretion, including for the reasons in section 4.
3. Websites you may analyse
Only submit a website that you own, operate, or are otherwise permitted to have analysed. By submitting an address you confirm you have that right.
If you claim ownership of a domain in order to unlock a private report, you confirm the claim is true. We may ask you to prove it — by placing a file on the site, adding a DNS record, or connecting an account that already controls the domain — and we may withdraw access to a private report if a claim cannot be verified or turns out to be false.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the Service to analyse a website in order to attack it, or to look for weaknesses in a system you have no right to test;
- submit addresses at a volume or rate intended to overload ALL1.AI or any third party, or work around rate limits, queues, guest limits or plan limits;
- scrape, resell, or systematically extract reports or scores produced by the Service, or use them to build a competing product;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source of the Service, except where the law says you may;
- impersonate anyone, misrepresent your connection to a domain, or use the Service to send unsolicited messages;
- upload or submit anything unlawful, or use the Service in breach of any law that applies to you, including export and sanctions law;
- use the AI assistant to generate content that is unlawful, that infringes someone's rights, or that is designed to deceive or harm;
- interfere with the Service's security, or access any part of it you have not been granted.
We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend access while we do.
5. AI output, scores and findings are estimates
Reports, scores, findings, suggested fixes and every answer the AI assistant gives are produced automatically. They are generated by software and by AI models, from data collected at a moment in time, and they can be incomplete, out of date or wrong.
They are informational only. They are not professional advice — not legal, security, accessibility, tax, financial or compliance advice — and they are not a warranty that a website is secure, compliant, performant or fit for anything.
Check anything important yourself, or with a qualified professional, before acting on it. You remain responsible for decisions you make about your own website.
6. Plans, purchases and payment
Parts of the Service are free. Where a plan, add-on or service is offered for a price, the price, what it includes, the billing period and any refund or cancellation rules are the ones shown to you at checkout before you confirm. Those apply in addition to these terms.
Unless the checkout says otherwise:
- prices are exclusive of any tax we are required to add;
- a recurring plan renews for the same period until you cancel, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for;
- work we have already performed for you — a report we have produced, an analysis already run — is not refundable.
Any cart, pricing page or checkout shown in a demonstration or preview of the Service is illustrative only; no payment is taken and no plan is granted through it.
We may change our prices. A change to a recurring plan will not take effect until your next renewal, and we will tell you before it does.
7. Intellectual property
Ours. The Service — its software, design, text, illustrations, scoring methodology and the way reports are presented — belongs to us and our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own business purposes, and nothing more. You may not copy, sell or redistribute the Service or any substantial part of it.
Yours. Your website, your content, your data and anything you supply remain yours. You give us the permission we need to operate the Service: to fetch and analyse the site you name, to process the data as described in the Privacy Policy, and to store and display the result back to you.
Reports. You may use, print and share the report ALL1.AI produces about your own website for your own business purposes.
Third parties. Names, marks and logos of other companies that appear in a report — a hosting provider, a CDN, a platform we have detected — belong to their owners and are shown to identify the technology in use, not to suggest any affiliation or endorsement.
Feedback. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
8. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties, and shows information retrieved from them. We are not responsible for a third party's service, its availability, its accuracy, or its terms — including any account you connect to ALL1.AI, which remains governed by your agreement with that provider.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Service, and may perform maintenance, with or without notice. We may add, remove or change features, including the checks a report runs and the way scores are calculated.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your profile settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if your use puts the Service or anyone else at risk, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the Service. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will give you notice.
On termination your right to use the Service ends. Sections 5, 7, 11, 12, 13 and 14 survive.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that results will be accurate or complete, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Where that is so, this section applies only as far as the law permits, and nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill or business interruption, however caused, even if we were told such loss was possible;
- we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on a score, finding, suggested fix or AI answer;
- our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in that period, or 100 US dollars.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, your submission of a website you had no right to submit, or your infringement of anyone's rights.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree that the courts of [Governing law jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either of us may seek injunctive relief in any court with proper jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at support@all1.ai so we can try to resolve the matter.
15. General
- Whole agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and anything shown to you at checkout, are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
- Severability. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we have not given it up.
- Assignment. You may not transfer these terms without our consent. We may transfer them to a successor to our business.
- Changes. We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you by email or with a notice in the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
